Arulmigu Pasupatheeswarar Temple:

The annual Brahmotsavam is celebrated in the Tamil month of Panguni (mid March to mid April). Other festivals include the Eripaththa Nayanar utsavam, Navaratri in September, and Arudra Darisanam in January.

Arulmigu Kalyana Venkataramana Swamy Temple:

In this temple, Purattasi(mid September to mid October) utsavam festival is celebrated grandly for 22 days. Every day perumal goes on purappadu on different vahanam. For example, Annapakshi vahanam, Simha vahanam, Hanumatha vahanam, Silver garuda vahanam.Yanai vahanam, puspa vahanam. In this Utsavam, thiru theer utsavam is celebrated on purattasi thirvonam nakshatra. Every Saturdays of purattasi, the darshan starts early morning, Additionally special thirumanjam and pooja will take place. A belief that Nerur SADASIVA BRAHMENDRA will attend this pooja.

Arulmigu Mariamman Temple :

Every year in the month of Vaikasi (April-), “Vaikasi” utsavam is celebrated very grandly in Karur Sri Mariamman temple. The festival and its rituals last for 21 days. During this period, the Kumbam, the sacred stem (of the neem leaves), is taken from the temple. Then, it is brought to the river Amravathi. Devotees whose wishes are fulfilled show their devotion to Goddess. They take part in ‘Agnichatti’, ‘Paal Kudam’, ‘Theertha Kudam’, and ‘Alagu Kuthuthal’. Finally, the spectacular show of fireworks, when seen from the banks of the river Amaravathi, is just mind blowing beautiful.

Adi-perukku is a Tamizhar festival celebrated on the 18th day of the Tamil month of Adi (mid-July to mid-August). Adi-perukku is one of the famous festivals among Hindus which is being celebrated in the bank of Cauveri River. The festival pays tribute to water’s life-sustaining properties.
