“I SQUARE TAXI” offers two types of Services:
1. Round Trip
2. One Way Trip
Once Booking is completed, you will receive an SMS & Email confirming the same.
For all advance bookings made 24 hours prior, you will receive a status confirmation before the journey.
(To help us serve you better kindly book your trip at least 4 hours prior)
Usually, 4 hours before the journey, you will receive an SMS and Email – with Taxi and Driver contact details.
Please Coordinate with our Driver and commence the journey.
Overall charges Exclude the following:
*Round Trip.
Taxi charges – Travelled Kms x Tariff (refer Tariff Chart).
Note. If drop point is different from Starting Point retun km calculated in roundtrip.
* Driver Bhatta.
Rs.300rs Sedan per trip for drop trip and round trip (per day).
Rs.400rs SUV per trip for drop trip and round trip (per day).
Rs.600 if traveled above 400 km in a single trip/day Sedan.
Rs.800 if traveled above 400 km in a single trip/day Sedan.
* Interstate (State Tax) permit charges (if applicable).
When you are crossing state boundaries, state taxes are due. Preferably get a quotation with state taxes included else you are at the risk of being scammed again. Most taxi operators will pay for monthly or annual state tax on routes that they are commonly serving. By getting an inclusive quote, you are getting this benefit passed on to you. By getting a quote where taxes are excluded, you are going to have to pay the taxi operator and will most likely not get a receipt for the same.
* Hill Charges of Rs.500 applicable for destinations like:

* Toll charges and Parking charges at actuals, (if any Pay By Guest).
* Waiting charges: Rs.100rs Sedan 150rs SUV per hour for Drop trips.
* No waiting charges for Round trips.
Long distance travel generally needs a refreshment break and a couple of small breaks, especially when we travel with kids. These breaks are acceptable. Waiting charges apply only when the break is beyond such acceptable limits.
Remember, Time is money for the taxi operator too.
